NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Customs Kicking Cancer "Built To Beat" Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Customs Kicking Cancer (the “Sponsor”).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, Customs Kicking Cancer, (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 6, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Administrator’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes consists of eight (8) months and four (4) days as the entry period.
All eligible entries received at any time during the Sweepstakes Period will be included in the Prize drawing. Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Customs Kicking Cancer, "Built To Beat" Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Customs Kicking Cancer (the “Sponsor”).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, Customs Kicking Cancer, (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents within the fifty (50) United States of America (excluding New York) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration (“entrant” or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives or agents of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules creates or uses an Account (as described below in Section 4. How to Enter), all related ballots/entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements at any time, including during winner verification, and may require satisfactory proof of age, identity, residency, and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof within 10 business days may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
There is no purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
For purposes of these Official Rules, a “ballot” means one (1) entry in the applicable random drawing.
Entrants must provide complete and accurate information as requested (including a valid email address) and check the box confirming that they have read and agree to these Official Rules identified as "Terms of Service" at checkout and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://customskickingcancer.com/privacy-policy.
After registering for an Account, there are three (2) ways to receive ballots (each, an “Entry Method”):
Simply click the "Enter Here, For Your Chance To Ride" button and follow the on-screen instructions to purchase ballots, provide the required credit card information, and confirm your purchase. You will receive ballots based on the purchase amount per the following chart:
All amounts listed in this Sweepstakes are in U.S. dollars. Purchase transactions must be made directly through an Account on the Sweepstakes Website to receive the corresponding ballots. Transactions that are refunded, charged back, reversed, or otherwise disputed are void and will not generate ballots; any ballots previously credited in connection with such transactions will be removed. The Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who initiates or causes a chargeback, refund, reversal, or dispute (including suspected fraud or abuse) or who otherwise attempts to circumvent the entry process.
All purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges will be permitted once a purchase has been completed. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for, and shall have no liability with respect to, any technical malfunctions, payment errors, interrupted connections, or delays in processing that may prevent purchases from being completed or ballots from being properly credited. Ballot purchases do not qualify as charitable donations and are not tax-deductible. No charitable donation receipt will be issued for any ballot purchase.
There is no limit to the number of ballots an entrant may receive via the Purchase Method of Entry, provided each purchase is completed through the Sweepstakes Website during the Sweepstakes Period and complies with these Official Rules.
To receive ballots without making a purchase, handprint, on a 3” x 5” card, your first name, last name, email address, full residential address (including street, city, state and zip code) and phone number, the words: Customs Kicking Cancer Built To Beat Sweepstakes followed by a unique and original essay of Seventy Five (75) to one hundred (100) words on the topic: ‘Why I support Customs Kicking Cancer’ (a “Mail-In Entry”). Place the card in a stamped #10 envelope and mail it to the Administrator at: Customs Kicking Cancer BTB Sweepstakes c/o Daniel Lucas, 505 Harvest View Drive, Venetia PA 15367. Upon receipt of a valid Mail-In Entry, you will receive one (1) ballot.
There is a maximum of ten )10) ballots an entrant may receive via the Mail-In Method of Entry; provided, however, that only one (1) Mail-In Entry is permitted per outer, postmarked envelope. Multiple requests in a single envelope, bulk mailings, or mechanically reproduced submissions are void.
Use of alias Accounts/submissions may result in disqualification.
Mail-In Entries and the outer mailing envelope must be hand-printed by the entrant only; no mechanical reproductions, photocopies, printed labels, typed cards, mass-mailing services, or metered postage. Illegible, incomplete, postage-due, damaged, or misdirected entries are void. Essays must be the entrant’s original work, created for this Sweepstakes, and must not infringe any third-party rights. Mail-In Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Administrator. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Mail-In Entries, which will be void.
Prize: One (1) Prize (the “Prize”) is available to be won, consisting of:
The ARV of the Prize is between $25,000.00 to $28,000.00 USD.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize Conditions
Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly listed as part of the prize, including, without limitation, pick up or delivery of the motorcycle, surcharges, service charges, travel insurance, required travel documentation, medical/health expenses, gratuities, taxes, registration, title, and other personal expenses or incidentals.
If winner in lieu of the motorcycle, may elect to receive a cash allowance of $15,000.
Winner agrees not to engage in any conduct that, in Sponsor’s reasonable judgment, could bring the Sweepstakes Parties, the Sweepstakes, or any prize provider into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or otherwise negatively reflect on Sponsor’s reputation or goodwill. Violation may result in disqualification and/or prize forfeiture without substitution or compensation. In accepting a prize, winners are responsible for all federal, state, county, local and all other taxes (including income and withholding) on the prize and costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of a prize. All expenses related to the acceptance or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Motorcycle can be picked up at 3 designated locations: Austin, Tx, Nashville, TN, Pittsburgh, PA or shipped at the winner's expense.
Prizes must be accepted as described in these Official Rules and cannot be transferred to another person, or substituted for another prize, except that the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to substitute any prize, in whole or in part, for another prize of equal or greater value (including, without limitation, a cash prize). Listed ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations and cannot be challenged or appealed. Any difference between the actual retail value and the ARV stated in these Official Rules will not be awarded.
By participating in the Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize awarded.
Prizes will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days after the Winner is confirmed.
Administrator will select the winner in a live, random, drawing conducted during the Lone Star Motorcycle Rally on Saturday, October 7, 2026. Administrator’s decisions are final and binding.
No one is a winner (a “Winner”) unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.
Before being confirmed as a Winner, each potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return, within three (3) business days of initial notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release form. In addition, the potential winner of the Prize will be required to complete, sign and return, with three (3) business days of initial notification, an IRS Form W-9 (the “W-9”), which will require the winner to furnish his/her Social Security number for the sole purpose of tax reporting, as required by law. Sponsor will only use information from the W-9 to fulfil its tax obligations in connection with the Sweepstakes, and for no other purpose. Failure to timely return all required documents or to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
By participating in the Sweepstakes and as a condition of acceptance of a prize, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from, and against any and all loses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, personal injury, property damage or death (including without limitation any and all costs and liabilities of any kind including but not limited to lawyer’s fees), and including, without limitation, any such arising from any act of negligence of the Releases Parties, that the entrant now has, or may hereafter have against the Released Parties directly or indirectly resulting from participation of the Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of a prize.
FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extend to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:
California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.
Except where prohibited by law, entry in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor, and its designees to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use the Winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, prize won, and statements about the Sweepstakes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, for news, publicity, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without further notice, approval, or additional compensation.
Sponsor further reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes for promotional, marketing, and other lawful purposes, including online announcements, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes, or for incompatibility of entrants’ hardware, software or browser technology.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
LEGAL WARNING: Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with, or vandalize the Sweepstakes Website or to interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) withdraw a method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes). If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, at which time, Administrator will conduct the random drawings from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Washington County, Pennsylvania.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Pennsylvania.
The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.
THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor and Administrator to administer the Sweepstakes, including to contact and verify potential winners, fulfill prizes, publicly announce winners, and to provide a winners list to third parties as required by law. Sponsor and Administrator may share personal information with their service providers solely for these purposes.
If you opt-in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor, Sponsor may send you offers or information. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications, you may opt-out at any time.
